Insieme riflettiamo su quali piatti desideriamo mangiare, discutiamo di alimentazione sana e prendiamo decisioni democratiche.<\/p><p>In questo modo i bambini apprendono importanti competenze nel programma educativo di Berlino:<\/p><p><strong>Competenza nell'io<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Esprimere i propri desideri e esigenze<\/li><li>Prendere decisioni<\/li><li>Sviluppare fiducia in se stessi<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Competenza sociale<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>ascoltare gli altri<\/li><li>Trovare dei compromessi<\/li><li>votare insieme e rispettare le regole<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Competenza pratica<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Conoscere i cibi<\/li><li>parlare di alimentazione sana<\/li><li>Scoprire diversi gusti e culture<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Competenza metodologica<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Raccolta e confronto di idee<\/li><li>Trovare soluzioni insieme<\/li><li>Assumersi la responsabilit\u00e0<\/li><\/ul><p>La partecipazione alla pianificazione del
