Your consent in this regard is freely revocable at any time – even partially – with effect for the future. Please also note the section regarding your rights in this regard.
1. In particular, we process the data of our contractual partners and interested parties (collectively referred to as „contractual partners“) in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in order to provide our contractual or pre-contractual services to them. The data processed in this context, the nature, scope, and purpose of their processing, and the necessity of their processing, are determined by the underlying contractual relationship.
The processed data includes the basic data of our contractual partners (e.g., names and addresses), contact details (e.g., email addresses and telephone numbers) as well as contractual data (e.g., services used, contract content, contractual communication, names of contact persons) and payment data (e.g., bank details, payment history).
In addition, we also process special categories of personal data (e.g., health data) to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations.
To the extent that data is required to establish and fulfill the contractual services, we point out the necessity of this information, unless it is obvious to the contracting parties. Voluntary information is also marked accordingly. Disclosure to external parties or companies only takes place if it is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or required by law.
The data will be deleted when it is no longer necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations of care, as well as for the handling of any warranty or similar obligations; the necessity of retaining the data will be regularly reviewed; otherwise, the statutory retention obligations apply.
2. We also process data as part of the organization of our operations, for financial accounting and compliance with legal obligations, such as archiving.
The basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Customers and interested parties as well as other website visitors are affected by the processing. The purpose of the processing is to fulfill legal and administrative obligations for our business operations. Principles regarding deletion correspond to those mentioned under 1.
Among other things, we disclose or transmit data to the tax authorities, advisors (tax advisors, etc.), and other billing agencies (youth welfare authorities, etc.).
Furthermore, based on our business interests, we store information about suppliers, organizers, and other business partners, e.g. for the purpose of later contact. We generally store this predominantly company-related data permanently.
3. When contacting us (e.g. via a contact form, email, phone, or social media), the user’s details are processed for the purpose of processing the contact request and its handling in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) (in the context of contractual/pre-contractual relationships), Art. 6(1)(f) (other inquiries) GDPR.
A valid email address is required to answer the request. Other information can be provided voluntarily.
As part of the registration form, further data required for initiating the contract are also requested, such as the child's name and age and the desired start date of care. Other data requested there, such as meat consumption, is voluntary and not required for selection.
The data of the users can be stored in a customer relationship management system („CRM system“) or a similar request organization.
We delete the inquiries as soon as they are no longer necessary. We review the necessity every two years; in addition, statutory archiving obligations apply.
